2018 is HERE!
This means it is time to share some exciting news about the 2018 AFL Barwon Netball Season at the Drysdale Hawks.

1 SEASON LAUNCH.
We are starting 2018 off with a bang, at our Official Drysdale Hawks Season Launch happening on Sunday the 21st of Jan, at Mortimer Oval of course. This is launch for both football and netball, with registrations, season info, meeting coaches, exhibition games and much more to see on the day. We would love to see everyone who is thinking about joining us for the 2018 season, at the courts on this day.

2 COACHES COACHES COACHES
It’s been hard to keep this under wraps but we are now more than thrilled to announce our A and B grade coaches for 2018.

A grade will be coached by the one and only Claire Deretic
and
B grade will be coached by the super talented Ashleigh Hachem.

We couldn’t be prouder to have these two long time Hawks heading up our senior teams this year.

3 PLAYERS PLAYERS PLAYERS
These coaches need players to coach and we think we’ve found a pretty strong group to play for them. It gives us the greatest pleasure to say that Hannah Kennedy, Georgia Berry and Lizzie Wilkens will continue to wear the brown and gold this year.

In addition to this we will be welcoming;
Allie Smith – young gun utility who has played at both state and national level already, while only being 18 years of age.

Charlotte Vine – experienced mid court player who has not only played but also coached at a representative level for a number of years.

This is just the start of our talented line up, we look forward to resigning more of our 2017 playing group and new recruits over the next couple of weeks.
